Round # 1 of the OCR Raceway 2007 Pointscore Series was always going to start the Series off with a bang, what we all didnt expect was for it to be literally, with a huge monsoonal thunder storm arriving on the scene just before the start of the event, it was obvious from the amount of rain and extreme lightning strikes that the event was going to be cancelled, and if that wasn't bad enough a massive lightning strike hit a power pole outside the venue taking out most of the electronics, lights etc etc etc.
The Series was to be 13 rounds with 11 rounds counting, but due to the cancellation of Round # 1 the Series has been adjusted to 13 rounds with 10 counting.
