Manalvo takes the Win in Round 5!!
Sergio Manalvo driving an OS powered MBX 6 takes a well deserved win, making it 4 rounds of the Homewrap Series with 4 different winners!!!
Round 1 - Jackson and Knauth battled it out for the win with Jackson's MBX6 taking a 2 sec win over Knauth's Hyper 9, with Gary Bui's Xray 808 in third.
Round 2 - saw another MBX6 take the win with Christianson pushing hard to finish a lap ahead of second placed Sergio Manalvo also driving an MBX6, Bui home in third.
Round 3 - was all MBX6 with Manalvo in front ahead of series leader Jackson, Christianson home in third, Manalvo picking off the FTD for the night, the only driver to put down a 14 lap race.
Round 4 - saw the MBX 6 dominance put on hold with Hodges driving an RB powered X2CR taking the round win 2 seconds ahead of Manalvo, with Jackson 6.77 secs down in third.
Round 5 - the final for the night again saw the Hong Nor X2CR of Hodges dominate, taking another win from Manalvo's MBX6, with Bui's 808 taking third spot.
Next event is NT RC Offroad Championships May 22nd to 23rd
at Darwin Showgrounds in conjunction with the
2010 Shannons Insurance Motoring Extravaganza.
